# IntelliJ Plugin Development

## Evidence limits

A compiled plugin does not prove that an installed IDE loads it.
A platform fixture does not prove a real project's index state.
Name the IDE, source revision, project, and exercised operation for a live result.

The plugin adds no automatic hooks.
The host and IDE keep ownership of their runtime effects.
