A compiled plugin does not prove that an installed IDE loads it. A platform fixture does not prove a real project’s index state. Name the IDE, source revision, project, and exercised operation for a live result. The plugin adds no automatic hooks. The host and IDE keep ownership of their runtime effects. The plugin manifest owns the skill selection. The catalog records the current scope.
